Shipping costs & delivery estimates
We ship all orders from Zug, Switzerland.
Shipping costs are as follows:
Switzerland & Liechtenstein: FREE
European Union: 10 CHF
Rest of the world: 12 CHF
Switzerland & Liechtenstein
Rest of the world: orders over CHF 150
If your order contains an invalid or not complete address, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject: Wrong address
If the order goes out with the wrong address we are not responsible anymore.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties and taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Refund / Return / Exchange / Cancellation
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, no returns or refunds are offered. All sales are final.
Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual color, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable. Please be sure to order right size as we do not take any responsibility if the wrong size nails are ordered. We have a Sizing Kit available for purchase.
We do not offer free return unless the product was damaged or incorrect items have been sent. If so, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your package and include an image of the defective or damaged product.
We accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
We are not responsible for any lost packages.
